Richardson Agistment is a boutique broodmare agistment service based in the Waikato, just 4km from Te Awamutu, 20km from Cambridge and 10km from Equibreed. Our team is experienced in race-horse training, breeding and equine rehabilitation. We are a family-run business specialising in quality, personal care for your mare and foal.
Richardson Agistment are focussed on broodmare spelling, foaling down, handling and weaning. We are a boutique business and provide a caring and professional touch when looking after your horse.
We also work closely with Dr Lee Morris of Equibreed NZ (located a handy 10km from our property). Short or long term spaces available.

AN EXPERIENCED TEAM
Richardson Agistment is managed by Heidi Richardson - qualified Radiographer and Equine Therapist. Heidi's experience includes showjumping to grand prix level, preparing equestrian horses for overseas sale, working for Olympic riders, breeding/training race-horses and equine rehabilitation.
Heidi is certified in Laser Phototherapy and Equine Diagnostic Thermal Imaging and is currently the Australasian Manager for SpectraVET Ltd. With her passion and knowledge equine rehabilitation and well-being, you can be assured your horse is in the very best care while at Richardson Agistment.
